Maureen Ford- President and CEO

Maureen has a long and successful history in sales. She started her professional career with Cutty Sark, a fine clothing store, in Sales as a buyer for women’s clothing. From there, she went on to Jacobson’s premier department store, where she became Manager of the Signature department and eventually, Manager of the Designer Salon.  25+ years in Marketing, Sales, and Broadcasting provided Maureen with the relationships and expertise to start her own agency. RTA Group specializes in promoting school districts and other non-profit organizations. With a knack for spotting talent, Maureen has compiled a team of highly-skilled Advertising/Marketing professionals who bring 50+ years combined experience in every aspect of the business. Maureen prides herself on servicing her clients and always goes the extra mile to ensure that her clients are satisfied with RTA Group. In addition to RTA Group, Maureen has always been involved in the Saginaw Community. For 15+ years she has been the  Ambassador Board Member of the Chamber of Commerce and involved in membership recruitment and marketing for the Bridge.

Dwayne Parker- Business and Marketing Development

A lifelong Michigan resident, Dwayne Parker was born and raised in the Saginaw area. He has always had a passion for community and public service, demonstrated by his involvement in numerous community programs. Dwayne was a hard worker from an early age, starting at Thom McCann Shoe Store at the age of 14, while still attending Buena Vista High School. Dwayne began his professional career in 1984, immediately after graduating from Southwest Baptist University, going to work for the Kalamazoo Public School District as a Truancy Officer. In 1989, he began a varied, 25-year career in the healthcare field, working at Hurley Medical Center in Flint, Michigan as the EAP/Behavioral Health Coordinator, Human Resource Administrator, Director of Community Marketing and, lastly,  Assistant HR Director of Talent Management. Dwayne has been involved in politics since 1996 and served as Buena Vista Supervisor from 1999 until 2016. Currently, Dwayne serves on the Board of the Ojibway District Boy Scouts Council and a Reading Mentor with the READ Association of Saginaw County.
